Eurovox code updating please wait
Hindsight is great, everyone gets to learn from my mistake!Yes the GROM is something I considered but I'm really trying to get a headunit as the solution. For our American friends, part of MB's cost cutting in the face lift cars was to source head units from other manufacturers in smaller markets, particularly when their tuning standards didn't fit the big markets like the USA.Eurovox was a local OEM who provided head units to many local manufacturers.Uploading the original server code to the Arduino does not help, it will update it again. I have no explanation for this.--to return the class type of a and the methods of a. If the solution was to start MATLAB in admin mode when installing the support package, then go ahead and write that as an Answer. This program runs on older Matlab versions and on R2014a on Win7 without any difficulties . Given the error message, the class type should still be recognized as arduino but that pin Mode is not a method. Solution is quite simple: Read the readme-file of the Arduino IO package carefully and find out that Matlab needs to be started in Admin mode when installing the support package... That way, users who have this same problem can jump straight to it.Mercedes-Benz Becker | radio and amplifier repairs I'm using the Grom USB 3 unit with the late Becker unit in a '99 S500 and the sound is awesome thru the Bose system. It's not an approach that would suit everybody as it requires some measure of geekdom.Mercedes-Benz Becker | radio and amplifier repairs Did you actually read my probably a bit too long review?
A few people here have used them and I haven't heard anything bad so far.
My cars are all MY96 or newer with the eurovox headunits, not becker, and I said if it ain't broke don't fix it unless you want a better looking headunit.
I doubt there is anything special going on in the eurovox units, I used to drive tractors with them installed, it's the bose amp does that everything, eqing with crossovers built in.
I'm trying to go for a better looking headunit than the eurovox, and also I want a volume knob.
A lot of the info I got from installing the continental unit was not well known before I installed it and told everyone it's flaws.I have a Holden unit that is almost identical to an MB branded one.
